For a Digital Signature Certificate where payment has been collected but the certificate could not be processed due to inability to complete KYC, the amount collected may be refunded upon customer request.
Customers should contact support@emudhra.com. The refund process is initiated after the request is received. Typical processing time: less than 7 working days.
Umaa Infotech does not issue DSC refunds. Refunds follow the applicable eMudhra process.
For physical products, eMudhra accepts returns where the product is defective, subject to the applicable return conditions.
Customers should contact support@emudhra.com to obtain a Return Receipt Number before shipping the product back. No goods should be accepted without the required Return Receipt Number. Return shipping charges and replacement conditions should follow eMudhra's applicable policy.
Cancellation requests for products should be placed within 3 days from the date of order by contacting support@emudhra.com. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are non-refundable.
After 21 September 2026, eMudhra will facilitate exchange of FIPS-140-2 tokens into FIPS-140-3 tokens through the OEMs, subject to the applicable process and terms.
